I’m RElaunching. REstarting. REdoing. After many months of work by incredibly talented people, the new www.theregalvegan.com is up. And I couldn’t be more excited.

The power of change is taking over my life! I am in love with newness. It’s the whole power of reboot. It’s an amazing feeling. So, think about it, is there something in your life you can REdo? REstart? REboot? I say do it. You can never know the power of change until you embrace it.

Also, we are currently starting “Pre-tox” sessions for the Ellavation cleanse, which officially starts December 5th, right after Thanksgiving.
