You’ve heard the basics: eating more veggies will keep you healthier. Yeah, yeah, you know. But did you know that it’s also a way to keep more of your money? WHAT?
This simple idea is one of the smartest ways to save your hard-earned dough: eat more veggies, spend less money = eat more veggies, spend less time at the doctor’s office = eat more veggies, enjoy more energy = eat more veggies, enjoy more life.
So which veggies? Choose a bunch of them. Pick all the colors of the rainbow and have ‘em on the same plate. Dress them up in sauces, or with a simple sprinkle of sea salt and you can comfortably stuff yourself. Of course, if you don’t have time to cook, you know I will.
