Dear Friends,

I was lucky enough to see two great spiritual leaders this week: Deepak Chopra and Amma, the spiritual Guru (aka the Hugging Mother). I can start by saying WOW. They were both so amazing, and bring so much light and positivity with them I am beaming with love. The capacity for love and humanity in this world is great. I feel connected with it all.

Their message of peace and light is spreading around the world, and I’d like to impart just a fraction of it here to you, though they say, it’s already in you. You have no doubt heard the term “Namaste” which means “I honor the divinity within you.” Namaste has taken on a much greater meaning to me as I received this loving hug from Amma – and felt the power of meditation with Deepak. I now understand Namaste to mean honoring the divinity in absolutely everyone – to love and appreciate – to search for the true and beautiful nature in all of us.

I am so delighted to bring this honor for your divinity into my food this week. Know that it is truly made with love and respect for you. Namaste.
