Dear Friends,

Well, my MY, what beautiful weather we’re having. It’s been so delicious outside, I just want to eat the environment. The bright green trees, flowers and produce are a relection of how beautfiul summer has been. I suspect the lush weather was needed by the plants and we since we need the plants for our health, I appreciate the connection.

I’ve been thinking recently how seriously food affects your life your health your disposition your future and I was reminded of so much more. The great Herophilos – one of the earliest physicians and the father of the scientific method once said, “When health is absent, wisdom cannot reveal itself, art cannot manifest, strength cannot fight, wealth becomes useless, and intelligence cannot be applied.”

I am voting for health being present. Enjoy the menu this week – tuesday through Friday.
