Ella Nemcova, founder of The Regal Vegan is a Certified Health Coach, recognized by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She works the lecture circuit helping people learn to eat well for good. Here is a an example of some of the workshops she has done:

Ask Me @ The Park Slope Food Coop- a monthly workshop taking place at the Co-op for members only. Ella focuses on demonstrating recipes, what is local/seasonal/organic, why it matters, and how to cook it. She has been described as a “walking encyclopedia of healthy recipes.” Check out the article on this special shift here

“How to Eat Healthy when the Economy Isn’t” was Ella’s most informative lecture. Giving away dozens of tips on how to streamline kitchen time and maximize the nutrients available. Several organizations were host to this workshop:

• CIDNY – Center for the Independence of the Disabled

• Park Slope Food Coop

• Mid-Manhattan Library

• 96th St. Branch Library

Sugar Blues – a workshop to help you quit sugar cravings once and for all was seen in libraries and workshops throughout Manhattan.

Whole Foods has hosted Ella for a Gluten-free Guest Chef night and for a cooking class at the Bowery Culinary Center for a class called “The Elegant Vegan table,” where she taught a room full of ravenous vegetarians some amazing recipes for outrageous vegan, gluten-free dishes to fill out any table.
