Winter Warmers and Vegan Valentines

Share the love.

Whatever your take on Valentine’s Day is, I’m sure you can all agree, that’s it’s cold here in NYC. Let’s do all we can this week to get warm by spreading kindness and cuddling up with loved ones – like our moms, our best friends or the Duke of Versailles.

This week’s menu is inspired by warm places we have travelled, and the nourishing foods of those regions. We also have an extra special Vegan Valentine complete with a hot pink risotto with heart beets (please excuse the pun). I’m sure you’ll agree, that as long as you love food, this is where you’ll find the food that loves you back. Enjoy this week’s heart-warming menu. Kisses!

A Tasty World

Dear Friends,

This week, as I come out of the cleansing faze and into the lifestyle faze, I am reminded how special it is to treat yourself. Treat yourself like a temple. I am inspired always, by the healing power of food, as so many of us were sick these last few weeks. As you come out of the toxic state medicine often leaves, I encourage you all to take some time to appreciate your body’s ability to heal and the power of food as well.

I hope you enjoy this week’s menu.
With Love,
Ella
